Prescreen & Request for Access to Original Archive

In order to gain access to my original site with my archived galleries, full text from 2007-2020 and full original pre-pandemic offerings menu, prescreening is required. Prescreening is important as online media is more and more intensely regulated.

Once I know who you are, I can send you the URL to my archived original website. This allows me to be fully expressive on my website to give you a better sense of my world. Before the 2020 pandemic, it was feasible to use nicknames, board handles and the like for screening and communications. I now 100% of the time only meet people who provide their legal name, and matching i.d. at their first visit. I don't accept nicknames, board handles or fake names as your primary name. If you want to include them as additional information that is acceptable, but a name that isn't a real name in the real name place means you won't hear back from me.

Things have changed much since the 2020. Technology is different. Meeting new clients has become riskier. Some people went a bit feral during the pandemic and forgot how to be gentlemanly, respectful and courteous. Please, set yourself above that and be gracious and forthright with your legal name, ability to communicate normally during normal hours via email, and just be as normal scheduling with me as you would with a massage practitioner, or chiropractor or hair stylist.

Please remember, I am a service professional, established since 2007 with confirmable online and real world presence.

I work with people who are freely able to see me in their real lives. This means we won’t likely mesh well if you are having to cloak and dagger in your home life. If you aren’t comfortable with that we are very likely not a good fit. This means, legal name, ability to communicate normally during normal hours via email, and just being as normal scheduling with me as you would with a massage practitioner, or chiropractor or hair stylist.

I come from a health care background and am incredibly careful with people’s personal information, just as I was when provided medical massage. If you aren’t comfortable telling me who you are without games and scheduling, you will be more comfortable visiting another provider.

This method is ONLY for people who have successfully screened with me before or visited me recently enough that I can fondly recall our time together.

If you have are new to me, we need to Prescreen. The simple way to say this is: I need to know who you are and how to email you back.

I have one screening methods currently available. Your legal name and i.d. at the first visit

Simple online screening: Provide me with your legal identifying information via the form below. Please allow one business day so that I may verify the information you provide. Your name will need to match your i.d. when we meet. Your phone/text number will need to match the one used day of session to text you into my studio. This email should be the one you are planning to use, if it changes we will need to re-prescreen.

In person meeting: I am no longer able to offer in person as a means of screening. If you would like to meet before a longer session, please request a coffee date meeting or lunch date meeting via my website. I will still need your name prior to accepting the appointment and matching i.d. at the start of our meeting.

Reference screening: I am not currently accepting provider references, unless the provider and I have worked together previously, or I am personally familiar with them from provider related communities. There are too many providers out there that I do not know enough about to accept generalized referrals. I am also not currently giving out provider references to ladies I haven't worked with, but would be happy to give you a letter of reference if we are established and agree you would benefit from meeting. Please, do not see me as a stepping stone to see someone else. I truly love my clients to see people other than me, but not someone seeing me to hopscotch. I am happy to convey information to trusted people who truly are my associates.
